Research on the flexible working style and individual social life

Using individual data from the Survey on Time Use and Leisure Activities, etc., we will analyze the impact of flexible working styles, such as the introduction of telework, on the distribution of individual life time (work, leisure, housework, sleep). In addition, we will analyze the differences in impact by gender, by family type, and by urban area such as metropolitan and rural areas.
