Research on Flexible Work Styles and Corporate Digitalization

Using individual data from the Survey on Time Use and Leisure Activities, etc., we will analyze the impact of flexible working styles, such as the introduction of telework, on the distribution of individual lifetime(work, leisure, housework, sleep). In addition, we will analyze the differences in impact by gender, by family type, and by urban areas such as metropolitan and rural areas.
