We conduct analyses and research on the relationship between health and work engagement in order to contribute to the design of health maintenance and promotion initiatives that enhance both mental and physical health, as well as work engagement, including aspects such as a sense of purpose, job satisfaction, vigor, dedication, and absorption in work.
