Research on Well-being

We study the measurement of wellbeing and the factors and policies that influence wellbeing. In FY2021 and 2022, as part of our international collaboration project, we conducted and analyzed a survey on the living environment and behavioral change in the COVID-19 Pandemic with Hitotsubashi University. Taking over the results of the international collaboration project in FY2021 and 2022, we will conduct a survey that is complementary to the life satisfaction survey conducted separately by the Cabinet Office, and conduct research connecting samples to the previous surveys and life satisfaction surveys. We will also utilize the results of our previous studies on happiness and social indicators.
