Research on countermeasures against the declining birthrate and gender equality

We estimate the economic burden of child rearing, taking into account household factors such as income level and number of children. Using corporate data, we will analyze the management issues faced by female business owners. We will also analyze the wage gap between men and women and the impact of policies related to the declining birthrate on the labor supply of women.
